We use an in-house modified version of the open source Pterodactyl game panel.

No, currently all of our game servers do not have a set player limit (unless specified by the game itself). All of our billing is currently based on resources. This could change in the future.

Currently we accept any credit/debit cards accepted by our payment processor (Stripe). Additionally we accept ACH.

This is automated in some places (ex. you may change from Java Minecraft to Bedrock Minecraft and vice versa without intervention), however if it is not, we are happy to take care of this. Please open a support ticket!

We are constantly expanding our library. If you have a game that we don't support, reach out and we will try our best to get it hosted. Same goes for our plans, if we have the game but you need more resources (RAM, CPU, storage, etc...), let us know. Please open a support ticket!

After payment for your server, you should recieve an email within a few minutes (from [email protected]) indicating your game server is live and allowing you to create a login to the game panel, please check your span folder in the event it was sent there. If you do not recieve a link within 10 minutes, feel free to open a support ticket!
