By accessing or using TactiCloud services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Simplisik LLC, the owner and operator of TactiCloud.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if you are a minor. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Services Provided

TactiCloud provides game server hosting services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services but commit to making reasonable efforts to ensure high availability.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for unlawful purposes.
• Host content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates any laws.
• Engage in activities that harm TactiCloud’s infrastructure, including excessive usage or malicious attacks. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are due upfront. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are provided only in cases of technical issues that cannot be resolved. Chargebacks are grounds for termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through TactiCloud, including branding, software, and infrastructure, remains the intellectual property of Simplisik LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute such content without prior permission.

7. Liability Limitation

Simplisik LLC shall not be liable for: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Loss of data due to server downtime or user actions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the preceding three months.

8. Privacy

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Tennessee.
